UK Postage
Postage and packing is free on all UK orders - CDs will be despatched by second class post and sent between 24 - 48 hours on receipt of order depending on stock availability. Estimated despatch time is quoted on product page. 

European & Rest Of World Postage*
All orders will be despatched by small packet rate airmail and sent between 24 - 48 hours on receipt of order depending on stock availability. Estimated despatch time is quoted on product page. 

*Your delivery may also be subject to customs charges, over which Stage Door Records have no control, and which must be covered by the receiver.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order, we always obtain Royal Mail Certificates Of Posting and will make a claim against any undelivered order(s).

RETURNS POLICY

We hope you will enjoy your purchase.

We are happy to accept returns from customers if they are faulty. Faulty goods will be promptly replaced at the cost of Stage Door Records.

We are also happy to accept returns on titles that are shipped in error or ordered by mistake or no longer required but the CD seal / shrink-wrapping must be unbroken and returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. The cost of these type of returns lays with the purchaser. Upon receipt, a full refund will be issued.
